I began November last year, and still do it now. It is a long journey for me, a long and hard journey, and I must taste the happiness and hardship. I know, it is a first step to achieve my career plan. I often tell myself that I have a dream, which&nbsp;I wanna carry out through&nbsp;all my life.&nbsp;The dream&nbsp;is that I&nbsp;will&nbsp;establish a high career building,&nbsp;go to a high position in&nbsp;my career plan, and &nbsp;open a fundament or basic and good&nbsp;condition for next genneration. I mean I not only fight for myself, but also fight for my last generation and next genneration. yep, the responsibility is so big that I must remind myself to work hard.I don't&nbsp;think I am living in the shackle, but with duty:the family duty, the social duty, and myself-duty.I will enjoy my&nbsp;life.<BR>So, I will find out the joy in hardship.&nbsp;here is one: on March 23, 2007,&nbsp;I got an offer of an IT technology company, EngiRes.&nbsp;My position is Java Software Development Engineer. But I refused it and sent&nbsp;the "thank you letter" to the Human Resource Manager, Mrs Zhang. Actually&nbsp;this job is&nbsp;ok, except the salary is lower than my expectant one, and the company is a litte small. well, generally speaking, this is my third Offer,the other two are China Telcom and ICBC Software Development.&nbsp;for some personal reason,&nbsp;I&nbsp;havent gotten any one. I must&nbsp;search another which is suitable&nbsp;for me.<BR>well, bless me!&nbsp;plz, offer comes as soon as possible!&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

OMG(oh, My God), It is so slow. my space is often opened too slow, the speed is a agonising thing.sometimes it makes my computer dead. i hate it.

When i woke up this morning, i feel a little cold. Then I just know it is winter. Maybe New Year will come soon. how fast the time flies. I don't know whether I will go back home or stay in Guangzhou. U know, many companys will come to campus for employment.

Well, I must make a summary of my life these days, just to tell me what i have done and what i will do to improve the quality and efficiency of my life.

actually i was kinda pressed because there was no response of any company these days. I have applied a lot. so all applications seem disappear forever.But i know it is usual. i must wait for it patiently. And i will go on searching my job online.

In fact I went to take the entrance exam into interview of Tencent, which is famous in IT industry.u know QQ is Tencent's product. but what a pity. I failed. I didn't got the opportunity to interview.

Another things i did are emailing with some foreign penfriends, writing some articles in order to update my Blog.well, if u want to scan it, just click here. I wrote some couplets yesterday.err.. ups, what i did aslo include going to forums in englishbay, I love that website. some ideas from different countries will be there, and u can trade ur opinions with others, like Americans,EU ppl, Africa ppl. there are lots of Chinese ppl also.

Okay, gotta stop. I have written a lot. maybe what i did former most are trivial things, unimportant things. I must pay more attention to search my job and review. Encourage myself. U will do what u want to do and got what u want to got tomorrow, so do it from now on. u will succeed.
